With over twenty years in real estate and mortgage industry, Troyce and Joe have established a systematic approach that provides home buyers the most efficient methods in helping find the right home and securing the best mortgage products.

A native Washingtonian, Troyce has lived in the area all her life. She grew up in Northwest DC, lived in Bethesda and Potomac area for 20 years then moved to Frederick in 2005. She knows the area very well and is currently licensed in Maryland, with her expertise in Frederick and Montgomery Counties. Troyce is a member of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCAR) as well as the Frederick Capital Association of Realtors (FCAR). She is a licensed Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) where she helps counsel homeowners regarding short sales. Troyce is the Realtor Specialist for Homebuyer Benefit Team (HBBT) and has spearheaded the Relocation Program for Spectrum Federal Credit Union and its Bechtel employee members.
Troyce is a natural when it comes to helping people. She is a good listener and she truly cares about finding the perfect house to make a home. By her participating in real estate, she always been a natural thing to do and it shows in the way she cares and listens to her clients needs. She and her husband owned her own company and she worked many aspects of the business. Through her experiences, she has recognized that proper resources, knowledge, and strong relationships are critical in a successful business.
Troyce loves being a real estate professional and her clients are benefitted by it. Troyce is married with children. In addition, she dedicates countless hours volunteering to help her local community.
Joe, a Georgetown University alumnus, has spent the last 25 years as an entrepreneur and brings financial, marketing and sales expertise to the development of the HBBT. Joe, the Mortgage Specialist for HBBT, has been contracted by Spectrum Federal Credit Union to provide mortgage services to their members. Joe thrives on educating his clients on mortgage options, budgeting, and pays close attention to detail. Joe believes that developing strong relationships with clients is critical to providing the quality of service that is necessary to stand out in our industry.
Joe has been dedicated to philanthropic activities throughout his career. He is the founder and chairman of a local foundation that has provided athletic scholarship programs to hundreds of financially disadvantaged youths. Troyce has been actively involved in her community service work at her church, schools as well as her commitment to a local children’s foundation. Troyce and Joe love to spend quality time with their family, friends and dog, as well as daily workouts and playing tennis as often as possible.
