When negotiating an offer, all sales documents are accessible online and may be signed electronically for your convenience. This ensures a smooth and rapid process.

Once the sales contract is ratified, a letter will be sent from the realtor to you outlining what to expect and include the checklist of steps that need to be taken.

An additional letter will be emailed to you from the mortgage specialist outlining what documentation is needed for the mortgage as well as requesting a date to meet and sign the initial loan documents. If a face-to-face meeting is not possible, the loan documents will be emailed to you for electronic signature.
