As a client of the HomeBuyer Benefit Team you are entitled to over $1,000 in closing costs to be credited to you just for using the HomeBuyer Benefit Team.
A $395 credit will be provided by the title company at closing to help reduce your overall closing costs.
The standard $295 real estate processing fee will be waived just for using the HomeBuyer Benefit Team.
A $400 refund will be provided to cover the cost of your new homes' appraisal.
In addition, if the sale price of your new home is above $300,000, we will pay all your Lender Fees up to $1,200. If the sale price exceeds $500,000, we will pay $5,000 toward your total closing costs.
At your closing, Spectrum Federal Credit Union will provide an application to join the credit union. The cost to join the credit union will be waived and Spectrum will deposit an additional $250 for each member of your immediate family (limit of $1,000) into a personal savings account.
