Homebuyer Rewards Program

The Homebuyer Rewards Program (HRP) provides a tremendous amount of financial benefits when using our Homebuyer Benefit Team for both Mortgage and Real Estate Services. By simply utilizing our real estate and mortgage services, you will be provided a number of closing cost reductions as well as a special gift from Spectrum Federal Credit Union, our banking partner.

Basic Rewards

$395 Credit toward Closing Cost: A $395 credit will be provided by the title company at closing to help reduce your overall closing costs.
$295 Waiver: Your $295 real estate processing fee will be waived.
$400 Refund: You will be provided a refund for the cost of the appraisal.
